It's PUB week!

No, I’m not talking about a week long pub crawl, although that does sound good, I’m talking about Pub week for The Things I Should Have Told You.

September 8th, and The Guinness family and their adventures around Europe in a camper van, hits the bookshops! I love this endorsement from New York Times Bestselling author, Hazel Gaynor.

And rumours have been rife of sightings already on bookshelves …. so you might even pick up a sneaky early copy! If you do get one, will you let me know? You know how much I love me a good shelfie!

Signed copies will be in Eason’s nationwide. I had the most wonderful experience in their HQ last week. They invited me in to sign 1000 copies before distributing them to their stores. And they also interviewed me for their VLOG.

Honestly, I had the best time.

Here’s me with a tower of my books!

My lovely publisher, Harper Collins Ireland, then invited me to a special pre-launch with some book bloggers and media, in the Morrison Hotel. We sipped Guinness themed cocktails, in honour of the Guinness family in my book and it was a wonderful evening.

I have had lots of enquiries from readers, asking when the book will be available overseas. You can of course buy immediately, in ebook format worldwide.  It goes on sale in UK, in paperback, in January 2017 and in US March 2017. Audio in December 2016.

But if you want to get your hands on a Trade Paperback copy immediately, Eason’s, O’Mahoney’s  or The Book Depository  will ship worldwide free!

Early reviews have started to come in which are helping to allay my nerves, but I know until all of you readers get your hands on a copy, I won’t relax.

Speaking of getting your hands on a copy, you know you are all invited to come along to the book launches, right?

There are two on, Dublin and Wexford. Claudia Carroll is launching the book for me in Dublin and George Lawlor in Wexford. Both will be great fun, promise! You can get a signed copy from me and we’ll have a glass of wine or gin together to celebrate.

Details below, just please RSVP if you can join us.

thank you all for you continued support,

Big hugs

A little late in reblogging this from Carmel Harrington, but take a look at The Things I Should Have Told You, Carmel’s 4th book. I am thrilled to be heading to Ireland for both book launches. Beautiful story, beautiful cover, and beautiful author! Please pick up a copy and join the Guinness Family on an adventure of a lifetime.
